Who this is for.
This site and every product on it are intended for people 19 years of age or older, in line with our 19+ Age Verification Policy. Nothing here is offered for sale to anyone under 19.
Reservations, not online sales.
Nothing on this site can be paid for online. Adding a product and submitting a reservation holds that item at the store you choose — it does not complete a sale. A sale is completed only in store, after we verify your government photo ID and you pay in person. We hold a reservation for 48 hours from the time we confirm it is ready for collection; after that, the hold is released and the item returns to stock. We may refuse to complete a sale — including one tied to a reservation — if ID cannot be produced or verified, if we reasonably doubt the age of the person collecting, or for any other reason permitted by law.
Pricing and tax.
Prices shown on this site are in Canadian dollars and are estimates only; the price you pay is the price posted in store at the time of collection, plus applicable taxes. Prices, availability and promotions can change at any time, including after a reservation is submitted — we’ll tell you before you pay if a price has changed.
Product information.
We try to keep descriptions, images, nicotine strengths and stock levels accurate, but devices, packaging and flavours change, and a photo may not always match what’s currently on the shelf. Confirm nicotine strength, coil resistance and compatibility with store staff before you buy — don’t rely on the site description alone for anything safety-related.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Super Puff Vapes Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, a reservation, or a product purchased in store, beyond the remedies available to you under applicable British Columbia consumer protection law and product warranty. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
Changes to these terms.
We can update these terms at any time; the version posted here is the one that applies.
