We are two shops in the Fraser Valley, and the people in them.
Super Puff Vapes Ltd. is a licensed British Columbia vapour products retailer with one store in Chilliwack and one in Abbotsford. There is no head office in another province. The people who choose what goes on the shelves are the same people standing behind the counter when you come in.
Most writing about vape shops exists to rank in a search engine. This page does not. If you are going to buy a device you will use every day, you should be able to find out who is selling it to you.
What the job actually is
Most of the work is not selling. It is answering questions. Which coil fits this tank. Why a new pod tastes burnt after two days. Whether the device someone bought online last month is the real version or a counterfeit in the same box. Whether you should be on a 20 mg salt at all, when a lower strength would suit you better and cost you less.
The second half of the job is knowing what we are putting on the shelf. We buy hardware from distributors authorised to sell in Canada, and e-liquid that carries the excise stamp it is required to carry. That rules out a lot of cheap product. It also means that when a batch is recalled, we can find out where it came from.

Government photo ID, every time, no exceptions. Nineteen is the legal age in British Columbia, and we do not round down.
Nobody here is going to talk you into a bigger device. If a small pod kit does what you need, that is the one you will be pointed at, and you can come back in a month if you want something else.
The two stores
They are not clones of each other. Both carry the same core range, and each keeps a bit of stock the other does not, because the two neighbourhoods do not want the same things. If you are driving over for something specific, phone first — someone will walk to the shelf and look.

Why we are strict about ID

Enforced under the BC Tobacco and Vapour Products Control Act.
Nineteen is the legal age to buy vapour products in British Columbia. Not eighteen — that is a different province’s number, and it turns up constantly in online copy that was written somewhere else.
We ask for ID from adults who are obviously well past nineteen, and we will ask you again on your next visit. It is not that we forgot you. A policy with exceptions is not a policy, and the exception is always the one that costs a store its licence.
An expired ID does not work. A photo of an ID on a phone does not work. Somebody else’s ID does not work.
Two reasons, and we will be straight about both. The first is that we would lose our licence and our two stores with it. The second is that nicotine is genuinely not for kids, and a shop that is casual about ID is telling you what it thinks of the people it sells to.

The Fraser Valley part
Chilliwack and Abbotsford are a short drive apart and not the same place. We opened in both because the Valley is big enough that “drive out to Langley for it” is a real inconvenience, and small enough that you will run into your customers at the grocery store. That second part is most of the reason this page exists.
Two stores is the size where the owner still knows what is on the shelf.
