Reserve online, collect in store
We don’t ship or deliver vapour products. What we do is hold what you found online at the counter of the store you picked, so it’s waiting when you arrive. Here’s exactly how that works, what to bring, and what happens if you’re running late.
01 · Reserve online
Add what you want to your basket, choose Chilliwack or Abbotsford, and submit. No card details, no charge — reserving costs nothing.
02 · We check the shelf and hold it
We confirm stock at the store you picked and set it aside at the counter. Most reservations are ready the same day.
03 · We let you know it’s ready
You’ll hear from us once it’s on the hold shelf, with that store’s address and hours attached. Holds keep for 48 hours from that message.
04 · Bring ID, pay, and collect
Come in within the hold window with government photo ID and your reservation confirmation. We check ID, you pay at the counter, and it’s yours.
Holds last 48 hours from the moment we tell you it’s ready. After that the item goes back on the shelf and you’d need to reserve it again — call the store if you need a little longer and we’ll see what we can do.
Before you come in
What to bring: one piece of government photo ID
British Columbia’s legal age for vapour products is 19. We check ID at pickup every time, reserved or not — there’s no fast lane that skips it.
Accepted
- BC Driver’s Licence
- BC Identification Card (BCID)
- BC Services Card with photo
- Canadian or foreign passport
- Permanent Resident card
- Secure Certificate of Indian Status
- Canadian Armed Forces identification card
Not accepted
- A photo or screenshot of your ID
- An expired card
- Student or employee cards
- Someone else’s ID, including a family member’s
We don’t ship or deliver vapour products
Every reservation is collected in person, by the person whose ID we check, at the counter of the store you chose. That’s not a rollout in progress or a shipping delay — it’s how we sell vapour products today. If that changes, we’ll say so here first.
