What we collect.
Contact form: whatever you type in it — your name, email, phone number if you give it, your message, and which store it’s about.
Reservation details: your name and contact details, the store you chose, and what you reserved, so the right item ends up on the right hold shelf under your name.
The age-gate cookie: when you confirm you’re 19 or older on your first visit, a cookie remembers that answer for 30 days so you’re not asked again on the same device. It stores only that confirmation — not your birthdate, name, or any other detail.
A short-lived session cookie while you’re building a reservation, so the site remembers what’s in your basket between pages.
Why we collect it.
To reply to your message, to hold a reservation at the correct store under your name, and to meet the province’s requirement that vapour products only be offered to visitors who have confirmed they’re 19 or older. We don’t use this information for anything beyond that.
Who sees it.
Contact-form and reservation details go to the inbox of the store the enquiry or reservation concerns. Akismet, a spam-filtering service, may check contact-form submissions for spam signals; it does not receive your reservation or purchase information.
Retention.
We keep contact-form and reservation details for as long as we need them to answer your enquiry or complete your collection, and for a limited period after that in case you follow up. After that, it’s deleted.
No marketing list.
We don’t add anyone to a mailing list, and we don’t use your contact-form or reservation details to send you marketing. If that ever changes, we’ll ask first — not assume consent because you once sent us a message.
Your right to ask us to delete it.
Email us or use the Contact page — numbers and addresses for both stores are in the footer below — and ask us to delete what we hold on you. We’ll confirm once it’s done.
Where this sits legally.
Super Puff Vapes Ltd. operates only in British Columbia, so BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) is the law that principally governs how we handle your personal information. Canada’s PIPEDA generally steps back where a substantially similar provincial law applies, though it can still apply to certain interprovincial or international handling of your data.
Children.
This site and every service on it are for people 19 and older. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 19.
Changes to this policy.
We can update this policy at any time; the version posted here is the one that applies.
