19+ Age Verification Policy

Legal age.
British Columbia’s Tobacco and Vapour Products Control Act sets 19 as the minimum age to purchase vapour products in this province. Super Puff Vapes Ltd. applies 19 as the minimum age to enter either store, browse the shelves, or complete a reservation for collection, at both our Chilliwack and Abbotsford locations.
ID checked every visit.
We check government-issued photo ID at the door and again at the counter before any vapour product is handed over — every visit, for every customer, regardless of apparent age or how many times you’ve been in before.
Accepted ID.
One piece of current, government-issued photo ID.
Accepted
- BC Driver’s Licence
- BC Identification Card (BCID)
- BC Services Card with photo
- Canadian or foreign passport
- Permanent Resident card
- Secure Certificate of Indian Status
- Canadian Armed Forces identification card
Not accepted
- A photo or screenshot of your ID
- An expired card
- Student or employee cards
- Someone else’s ID, including a family member’s
What we refuse.
An expired card, a photo or screenshot of an ID, a student or employee card, or identification belonging to someone else — including a family member’s — will not be accepted, and the sale will be refused.
No entry under 19.
Nobody under 19 may enter either store, including when accompanied by a parent or guardian, at any time the store is open.
Online age gate.
Our website asks every visitor to confirm they are 19 or older before viewing any page. This is a self-declared checkpoint, not identity verification — the check that matters happens in person, at the counter, against government photo ID, before anything is handed over.
Refusal of sale.
Staff may refuse a sale, a reservation collection, or entry at their discretion if ID cannot be produced, appears altered, does not match the person presenting it, or if there is reasonable doubt about age. This decision is final at the counter.
Reservations don’t skip this.
Reserving a product online does not exempt you from an ID check. Every collection, reserved or not, requires the same in-person verification described above.
