We answer email within one business day. Phones are answered during store hours, and that is faster by a long way.

Call the store. They can see the shelf; email can’t.
Something you bought
Bring it to the store you bought it from, with the receipt. Call first so the right person is on.
Wholesale or bulk
Use the form below and choose Wholesale. Two extra fields appear for your business details.

Media, suppliers, anything else
Email is fine.
Wholesale goes through the same form as everything else — one route, not a second page. Choosing it adds two fields for your business name and BC business number. We confirm you’re a registered retailer before we talk trade pricing, and we don’t publish trade pricing on the site.
Fields marked required have to be filled in before this sends. Business name and BC business number only appear once you choose Wholesale or bulk order above.
