Chilliwack on Vedder Road, Abbotsford on Clearbrook Road. Each one has its own phone line, its own hours and its own shelves. Everything below is what you need to walk into the right one — or call it — the first time.
Both lines ring the counter of that store. There is no shared call centre.

Thirty kilometres apart, both a minute off Highway 1
About 25 minutes between the two stores. If one is out of something the other usually isn’t — call ahead and we’ll tell you which counter it’s sitting on.

Pickup
Reserve online, pay and collect in store
We don’t ship vapour products. What we do is hold what you found online at the counter of the store you picked, so it’s waiting when you arrive.

02 · We put it aside.
03 · Bring ID, pay at the counter.
Nothing is charged until you’re standing at the counter, and nothing leaves either store without an ID check — reserved or not.
Before you come in
What to bring: one piece of government photo ID
British Columbia’s legal age for vapour products is 19. We check ID at the door and again at the till, every time, including for regulars. If you can’t show it, we can’t sell to you — there’s no manager to appeal to on this one.

Both stores are 19-plus at the door. Anyone under 19 can’t come in, including with a parent.

Which store should I go to?
Whichever is closer. Both carry the same categories; the specific devices and flavours on the shelf differ day to day, so ring the one you’re heading to if you want something particular.
Do both stores have the same stock?
No. Each store orders for its own shelves. That’s why either counter will check the other store’s shelf for you while you’re on the phone.
Is there parking?
Yes, at both. Chilliwack has free parking directly in front of the unit; Abbotsford shares the lot with the rest of the strip.
Can I bring my old device in?
Please do. Matching a coil or a pod from a photo is guesswork; with the device on the counter it takes thirty seconds.
Are you open on statutory holidays?
Holiday hours differ from the regular week shown above. Call the store before driving out on a stat.
Can someone under 19 come in with me?
No. Both stores are 19-plus at the door, no exceptions.
